We have very strict and conservative grading methods that will ensure that your collectible coin is being graded, appraised and certified with the utmost care in the most accurate assessment of your coins condition and value. You will receive what we call a COG - certification of grade. DCM Graded means your collectible coins has been evaluated and appraised by experts with over 20 years of expertise. The Certification of Grade will give you a summary of the findings of the condition of your collectible coins. Along with the detail summary report you will receive an appraisal of your coin all in one report along with your grade.

We grade by using mint state or MS for uncirculated coins. Other companies will give a mint state designation to a circulated coin which is incorrect in this industry. We use the AU or almost uncirculated designation for most circulated coins. We have also developed our own grading method for certain circulated coins that are very well preserved - by designating it CS or circulated state. This scale is from CS-60 to CS-70. And for proof coins our destination is PF-60 to PF-70. And for SMS or special mint sets will be SMS-60 to SMS-70. We also use pluses (+) to describe the grade of your coins.

And our designation for Roosevelt 10 cent coins - for the torch on the reverse; our destination is full band features (FBF). And for the flame itself , if it has full features we designated as full flame features (FFF).
